As our Workplace Manager, you will be ready to tackle any challenge that comes your way. We need someone who is always looking to improve efficiency and has great communication skills to ensure processes run as smoothly as possible.

Reporting to our Head of People, you'll be responsible for...

  • Taking full ownership of all official administrative tasks of the senior leadership team, as well as assisting with ad-hoc requests from the wider business where appropriate.
  • Be responsible for the day-to-day running of our Chorley HQ office space, as well as our Manchester Hub.
  • Assisting our HoP and CFO with our current expenses process, looking to improve efficiency where needed (incl travel management)
  • Assisting with administrative Recruitment and Employee onboarding tasks where needed (employment contracts, onboarding checklists, new starter equipment deliveries, etc)
  • Researching and implementing the latest Tech to help automate Administrative tasks across the business
  • Suggesting new ideas to improve our culture, environment and working practices
  • Working with our HoP to ensure Health and Safety Policies are being adhered to and making sure we have safe and compliant workplaces (opportunity to be one of our fire wardens and first aiders).

What you should have...

  • Good commercial experience in a Workplace Management, Office Management or People Operations type role (ideally 18 months+ exp)
  • Must be Tech Savvy - able to use tools, sites and platforms such as Slack, Notion, Google Suite, Spendesk, Skyscanner etc
  • Prior experience working in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment (ideal experience)
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills, plus a high degree of confidentiality
  • Strong commercial experience organising company events and gatherings
  • Sociable and friendly personality - you'll bring a warm touch to the Lunio culture, selfless in offering assistance to all team members where needed
  • Adaptable and proactive personality, happy to take the initiative on any project
